The Wellesley Housing Authority provides affordable housing to low and moderate income people. It is located on Barton Street, site of the town's largest public housing development. Bradley Properties is owned by Cornu, which was established by Thomas W. Cornu. Together with 15 full-time RSSCs, Cornu and Bradley Properties contribute more than 30 hours of community service. It manages both condominium and commercial properties and specializes in affordability.
Charles Newton Coop is a low income residential apartment complex that is subsidized by the federal government's Housing and Urban Development Division.
This group offers a variety of local services and support services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. It has been a part of the Newton Community since 1975.
