The Old Mill is a San Marino historic site, museum and architectural landmark. First completed as a Mill house in 1816, the Old Mill now hosts civic events and chamber music in the spring and summer. Self-guided tours are available during normal hours of operation, while group tours can be arranged, in advance, for parties of six or more. The Old Mill is located at 1120 old Mill Rd.

It also gives grants to organizations that are dedicated to improving underserved communities and sustaining the environment. The foundation is run my Joseph G. Peatman and was established in 1989. This is a green organization.
