Founded in 1972, Leavcon II is a commercial concrete construction company. It specializes in foundations, such as drilled piers, footings, grade beams, column pads, walls, columns and structural excavation It provides flatwork for slabs on grade and metal deck, structural decks and with a wide variety of floor treatments. It offers sitework, including sidewalks, curb and gutter, concrete paving, light pole bases, bollards, headwalls and stairs. Its complete concrete package includes layout, excavation, anchor bolt and embed placement, forming, reinforcing placement, concrete placement, concrete finishing and all associated backfill. It has worked on a wide variety of projects, such as new construction, manufacturing plants, electrical substations, specialty purpose facilities and commercial buildings.
