Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Inc. (PTLT) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering today’s most disadvantaged youth through education. Founded in 2012 by a group of master educators, we help increase student performance through the provision of creative and innovative educational youth programs and services in West Palm Beach. Our community-based youth programs, such as our after-school tutoring and summer camp programs, incorporate foundational educational concepts to enrich student learning. Programs are supplemented with mentorship services that aid students in navigating stressors and challenges. Our staff is skilled in building rapport with students from diverse backgrounds and aid in the development of positive decision making skills to avoid destructive behaviors. Our mission is to increase student academic success through remediation and enrichment services while building essential leadership and life skills for low-income and at-risk youth in a safe and nurturing environment. Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today envisions academic excellence and a bright and productive future for every child despite their circumstances and socioeconomic status. Youth in our programs will have a competitive academic edge and carry within them core values necessary in leading a life of purpose. Our youth will be forward-thinking, problem-solving critical thinkers equipped for leadership. We believe in our youth and encourage them to dream big, work wisely, and pursue their dreams with passion.
