Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative is a nonprofit member-owned distribution cooperative that provides electricity to more than 45,000 services for nearly 4,000 miles of energized lines. Energy products offered by Sulphur Springs include surge protection products, whole house surge protection and pre-paid phone cards. The company was founded in 1938 after local residents of the Sulphur Springs Valley organized to bring electric service to rural area of southeast Arizona.
