For example, our Land Development Group has developed a specialized niche in Gloucester County through design and engineering of major industrial parks such as the Pureland Industrial Complex in Logan, as well as residential subdivisions such as Springfield in Logan. Our Environmental Group has developed a specialized niche in the environmental risk assessment and management field through tank management at the Garden State Racetrack in Cherry Hill and brownfields consulting in Atlantic City. Our Environmental Group also has a highly developed expertise in wetlands consulting and land use permitting in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as seen at major projects such as Eagleview in Exton and in Logan at the LogistiCenter and Pureland Industrial Complex.
