Fisk Land Surveying & Consulting Engineers, Inc. provides surveying, civil engineering design, and development services in Rapid City and the Black Hills area. Originally established as Fisk Engineering, Inc. (1974 2001), the corporate officers and senior staff have over 115 years of surveying related experience.We have experience in both large and small subdivision work as well as small to mid-sized road, utility and site design for both residential and commercial projects. We have provided elevation certificates and Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA), Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) and Conditional Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR) in Rapid City and the surrounding area. We can prepare Improvement Location Exhibits for financing purposes, easement exhibits and road district maps. We consider ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary retracement and topographic mapping to be our areas of greatest expertise. Our experience with civil design enhances our surveying and mapping capabilities and our personnel and crews are trained to anticipate design requirements in the field.
