Career Opportunity Development provides vocational training, supported employment, residential services and welfare to work training and job placement. It provides work force solution that includes assembling, collating, packaging, inspections, envelope stuffing and sealing, labeling, quality control, folding and other tasks for promotional and mass mailings. It also provides a full-service residential program for adults with a mental illness, such as group homes, semi-independent apartments, supportive and supported housing arrangements. It receives funding from various sources, such as New Jersey Division of Mental Health Services, New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, New Jersey Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and County of Atlantic.
