Dr. Nicole Rinewalt is a native of Jackson, Mississippi, where she graduated from Belhaven College after an early career as a paramedic. She continued to pursue her dream of becoming a physician when she was accepted to the American University of the Caribbean for medical school. After making the decision to pursue surgery, she was accepted and trained in general surgery at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. A sixth year of subspecialty fellowship training in burn care and reconstruction was completed at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Rinewalt went on to become an attending surgeon at the ACH burn unit for five years. She is now expanding her skills into pain management and is very excited to be joining the team at PTCOA.

Dr. Ahmad Rafi received his first medical training in Anesthesiology/Pain Management in Ireland where he practiced for more than 7 years. In 2002, he relocated to Little Rock and received his second training in Anesthesiology/Pain Management at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Rafi proudly served our veterans for more than 7 years at the VA Hospital in Little Rock until joining PTCOA. Outside of work, Dr. Hunt volunteers significant time in community service; he currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Easterseals Arkansas, Special Olympics Arkansas, and the Arkansas Down Syndrome Association. Dr. Howard R. Bromley received his medical degree from the University of Miami and is Board Certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), with Special Qualifications in Critical Care. He previously held Special Qualifications in Pain Management (also from the ABA). He completed an Anesthesiology residency and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Bromley has practiced medicine for nearly forty years and has had many different roles over the years including: Associate Professor and the Assistant Medical Director of the Surgical Intensive Care and Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy and the Nutritional Care Service at the Medical University of South Carolina; Chief of the Anesthesiology Service, Medical Director, Surgical ICU, and Medical Director of the Chronic Pain Clinic at the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC); Chief of Staff at the Memphis VAMC, Chronic Pain Management Interventionalist at the Memphis Pain Management Group (MPMG); Medical Director of the Pain Management Group (PMG) Pain Clinic, Adjunct Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Management at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center; Medical Director of Health One, PLLC, Medical Director of Cordova Pain Specialists, and Medical Director of the Great River Medical Center’s Pain Clinic. Before he joined private practice, Dr. Bromley, a retired Army Reservist enlisted in the Army Medical Corps during Desert Shield and was commissioned as a Captain (Promotable). He was deployed to Ft. Stewart, GA in where he served as the Chief, Intensive Care Service and was a staff anesthesiologist at Winn Army Community Hospital. While deployed to Ft. Campbell in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Colonel Bromley was asked to open a pain clinic to care for wounded soldiers. He became the Co-Director of the Pain Clinic at the Blanchfield Army Medical Center and also served as a staff anesthesiologist. He served as the Chief of Professional Services, 75th Combat Support Hospital, Company B-, at Millington, TN until he retired from the Army in 2016. Of all the hats that he has worn in three decades, Dr. Bromley enjoys Pain Management the most as he obtains great satisfaction in seeing his patients improve their overall quality of life. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, and the American Society of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Sameer Jain is a double board-certified interventional pain physician (American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and American Board of Anesthesiology). He completed his neurology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia. Following his passion for pain management, he later pursued a fellowship in interventional pain management at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. During his training he received several honors including “Best researcher" and was also chosen by his peers to be the class representative. Dr. Jain provides comprehensive care for a wide variety of painful conditions of the head, spine, nerves, joints, and muscles by integrating physical therapy, medications and interventional pain procedures. He is highly proficient in minimally invasive pain management procedures including fluoroscopic-guided spine injections, ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections, peripheral nerve blocks, regenerative medicine, intrathecal therapy and spinal cord stimulation. Dr Jain has a particular interest in the management of headaches and cancer pain with the employment of interventional pain techniques. He is passionate about the use of neuromodulation devices for the management of chronic pain conditions. During his training he was elected to be the chair of the residents and fellows section of the North American Neuromodulation Society. He has authored several textbook chapters and published peer reviewed research papers on interventional pain management. Additionally, he has been identified as young thought leader in the field and serves on the board of directors for the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN). In his free time he loves to play tennis, chess, try new restaurants and runs a successful non-profit organization in India called “Association for Pain Awareness, Research and Treatment" (A.P.A.R.T.). Dr Jains goal is to provide targeted individual treatment plans for his patients, with a focus on functional outcomes and quality of life.

Dr. Terry Fletcher grew in West Memphis, Arkansas. He graduated from Harding University with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry in 1987. Dr. Fletcher received his Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from the University of Arkansas in 1993. He was granted a 2-year post-doc research opportunity to study Alzheimer’s Disease at the City of Hope Beckman Research Institute in Duarte, California. Upon completion of the research opportunity, Dr. Fletcher worked for four years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Harding University. Dr. Fletcher received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2003. After graduating, he completed his residency training in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at UAMS. For over ten years, Dr. Fletcher has worked as Co-Director of the Burn Unit at Arkansas Children’s Hospital where he has helped to establish and manage a dedicated burn anesthesiology and pain management team. Because of his experience in the Burn Unit, Dr. Fletcher understands and sympathizes with trauma and chronic pain. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Academy of Integrative Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiology, and the American Burn Association.
