The Learning Experience is an early childhood learning center offering programs for infants, preschoolers and kindergarteners. The center's age-specific programs are for children 6 weeks to 8 years old, and are designed to foster spatial coordination, cognitive development, math skills, writing skills and social development.
Concordia Place is a non-profit organization in Chicago's North Center, formed in partnership with Concordia Lutheran Church. Its services include early child care, after-school enrichment programs, summer camps and other recreational activities for children, teenagers and adults. Programs include an early learning program and preschool program. Teenagers can participate in a number of after-school programs, including Emerging Leaders, Sprouting Initiative and Recycling and Composting.
Mount Hope Academy is a pre-school to kindergarten school that uses an Abeka curriculum, a Christ-centered, academically challenging program. It incorporates Bible, phonics, numbers, science, social studies, art and music; classes are taught individually and with other kids. The school aims to provides multi-sensory and multi-cultural activities for children.
Faith Lutheran Church holds Sunday worship at 9am and 11am, in addition to Sunday School at 10:10am. The church offers many other programs and outreach services, including bible study. Faith Lutheran School, located on the church grounds, provides a comprehensive education for pre-school and elementary students.
