The Dailey Method is an exercise system that combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercises. The Corte Madera studio has two workout spaces available, a full-service locker room and multiple class times. It asks for reservations to be made one week in advance. Child care is available Monday through Saturday mornings and on weekday afternoons.

Founded in 1978, the Tamalpa Institute offers training and workshops in the "Life/Art Process," which integrates expressive movement, dance, visual arts, performance techniques, and therapeutic practices for movement-based healing arts. The administrative office is located on a street in San Rafael, while the Mountain Home Studio for courses and classes is located in Kentfield, CA. Tamalpa is a nonprofit organization.
