This full-service award-winning dance studio offers lessons in many forms of dance, including ballet, tap, jazz, theatrical, hip hop, modern, contemporary, point, Irish step and ballroom for both children and adults. All levels of dance instruction are available. The instructors also specialize in early childhood learning and offer dance classes for pre-school children. Kathy Blake Dance Studios was selected as the sole New Hampshire representative at Dance Excellence in Los Angeles, an annual international dance event. There is also a dance apparel and accessory shop in the studio.
The Nashua School of Gymnastics has been in business since 1978, and is located next to Work Out World. The school teaches students how to use the floor, beam, vault, and bars safely. There are also tumbling classes for toddlers and their parents.
The Nashua School of Gymnastics' motto is "Our goal is to provide each student with the proper environment and support to achieve their highest level of proficiency and to build a positive self-image in a fun and safe environment."
