General Mitchell International Airport MKE is a civilian/military airport serving the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metropolitan area. Since 1935, Waukesha County Airport at Crites Field has been the general aviation in Waukesha. The airport is used primarily for corporate and private travel. The building houses a flight school, maintenance, shops and meeting rooms. Charter services are available as well as private and business hangers for rent. There is also space available to build hangers at the field.
