The Lake County Emergency Operations Center houses three different departments: The county's Emergency Management Agency, which is led by Director Larry Greene; the telecommunications center, led by Paul Stefanko; and the dispatch center, which is operated by the Lake County Sheriff's Office. The dispatch center, led by lieutenant Cynthia Baker, runs dispatch for the sheriff's office, Kirtland Hills Police Department, Timberlake Police Department, and every county police department east of Mentor except for Madison Township.
