The Milwaukee County Mental Health Complex is administered by the county's Behavioral Health Division. It provides services for developmentally, emotionally and mentally ill citizens through county programs and contracts with community agencies. It provides short-term in-patient and crisis management care and offers referrals for long-term care. The complex also has services for alcohol and drug abuse problems.
