Life Springs Worship Center (LSWC) is an International Pentecostal Holiness Church that opened in Lexington in 2002. LSWC serves a growing multi-cultural community and offers its members a space to worship and listen to contemporary gospel. The International Pentecostal Holiness Church formed in 1898, and its head office is located in Bethany, Oklahoma.

The nonprofit organization offers a wide range of benefits for members, and works to promote and develop businesses in the greater Mauldin area. The organization offers all types of events, training programs and community services. Some benefits offered include an online directory, networking opportunities, educational seminars and special events.
First Church of the Nazarene belives in the will of God and that all must make their place in life while following in the ways of his son Jesus Christ; that all are beholden to the Lord God and should embrace him to help find the good in fellow Christians. Through counseling, prayer, fellowship and humanitarianism, Norwood Baptist Church ministers to the entire community, not just members of the congregation. The Church’s leadership and the congregation encourage visitors to stop by for weekly services and Bible study. The Church conducts a monthly service at the Oakleaf Village assisted living facility, is involved with the Lexington Interfaith Community Services and supports foreign missionaries.
Grace Lutheran Church has many worship opportunities as well as a strong outreach program. They have a Sunday School program, as well as an adult bible study program. In addition to this, they have numerous fellowship events, including a family night.

The members of this Zion Lutheran Church enjoy services led by pastor Rev. Tim Bupp, religious education classes, ministries and programs for adults and youth. The mission of the church is to enlighten individuals about the joys and treasures of praising God.
First Assembly of God is a large church located on Saco Lowell Road and offers outreach and youth ministries. New members are welcomed.
