Trinity Episcopal Church located on College Street is led by Rev. Mel Schlachter and was founded in August 1868. The church offers an extensive music program featuring Trinity Choir, Advent Festival Choir, Youth Choir, vocalists and instrumentalists, First Sunday Choral Evensong and Second Sunday Jazz Evensong. The church also offers kids, youth and adult religious education as well as several ministry programs.

The Westview Church is a Christian religious institute serving the community of Waukee and the surrounding area.
