Community Centers in White Mountain Lake, Minnesota

The Shakopee Community Center is a local gathering spot equipped with a variety of  fitness equipment, a gym, a walking track and meeting space. It is also houses the Shakopee Ice Arena, Enigma Teen Center and the Shakopee Skate Park. The Community Center, Rotary Room, Studio Room and gym are available for rent by calling the city. Annual and monthly memberships are available; non-members pay daily user fees.

There is something for everyone at the Veterans Memorial Community Center.

Swim laps in a 25-yard pool, take advantage of aerobics classes, skate on one of two ice sheets or have your birthday party at the center's indoor water park. Those are just a few of the recreational options at Veterans Memorial Community Center. The city's Parks and Recreation Department (open Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm) also operates out of the community center. The Apple Valley Community Center is home to the city's parks and recreation department administration team, as well as youth recreational programs and adult recreation leagues. The facility features two gyms with basketball and volleyball courts, all-purpose and multi-purpose rooms, an arts and crafts room and a kitchen. Parts of the facility are available to rent for private events.
