In operation since 1981, Hernando Christian Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. It serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. The academy offers an academic curriculum that includes various subjects, such as English, math, science and social studies. Hernando Christian Academy supports a range of extracurricular programs in art, chorus, drama, journalism, computer applications and puppetry. In addition, it supports various sports activities, including football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, golf, cross country, soccer and cheerleading.
