Norwalk Community College is a public community college with a West campus location based on Richards Avenue. All Saints Catholic School teaches more than 700 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. The school's curriculum meets standards for both the state and diocese and offers three classrooms per grade. Founded in 1961, Norwalk Community College was originally two colleges. In 1992, Norwalk State Technical College merged with Norwalk Community College to become the second-largest of the 12 college in the Connecticut Community Colleges.

Temple Shalom of Norwalk is a Reform Jewish community. Originally conceptualized as a Reformed Temple to serve both Norwalk and Westport, the two communities split into separate temples soon after the original founding.
