Bellevue Marina at Meydenbauer Bay is made up of three piers.  Pier one is a fixed wooden pier, which offers uncovered moorage of boats between 35 and 69 feet.  Pier two is a mostly covered concrete floating pier for boats ranging from 30 to 42 feet.  Pier three is a fixed wooden pier, with both covered and uncovered moorage for boats ranging from 20 to 50 feet. 

Marina services include water and appropriate electrical services to each clip, public restrooms, security gates at pier entrances, used motor oil disposal area, naturally protected moorage.

The Seattle Fleets and Facilities Department maintains various city buildings, as well as purchases, maintains and repairs the city s fleet of vehicles. The department operates through facilities operations, fleet services and real estate services divisions. It also oversees the design, construction and occupancy of several city facilities. The Enumclaw Municipal Building is home to several city agencies including:

  • Mayor's office
  • City Administration Department, including City Clerk's office: Oversees general city operations including media services; City Clerk handles records as well as community information
  • Finance: Oversees city budget, IT, the senior low income utility discount program and utility billing; Passport services and pet licenses also available
  • Municipal Court: Enumclaw Court is held on Tuesdays; Maple Valley Court services occur every second and fourth Wednesday. 
  • Other services, including veterans' assistance through the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA), King County Veterans' Program (KCVP), and the Washington State DSHS Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Special office hours apply

The Enumclaw City Council, consisting of seven members elected to four-year terms, meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers within City Hall. The first Monday of each month is reserved for study session/workshop.

Planning Commission meetings take place on the fourth Thursday of the month, beginning at 7 p.m.

Meetings are televised on Enumclaw City Television (ECTV) and can be streamed online.

The pavilion is an 8,600-square foot multi-purpose room that can hold up to 400 people, making it a great location for events like weddings or birthdays. There is also a kitchen available. The facility is open to the public on a rental basis.
