The service has both career and volunteer staff who are trained, certified and licensed to the same high standards. Career staff provide coverage from 6 AM until 6 PM from Monday to Friday. The volunteer staff of over 30 personnel provides coverage from 6 PM until 6 AM in the week and all day on weekends.
