The State of California Toxic Substances Control is located on the corner of Oakdale Avenue and Prairie State. It works in conjunction with the EPA to implement and execute environmental law and policy. The office provides consumer information such as how to dispose of ink cartridges, batteries, refrigerators and other toxic waste.
