Until the building was complete in 2003, the ward met at the Oak Valley building in St. Peters. The O'Fallon ward comprises nearly 220 people and worships on Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. During Sunday services, it offers a nursery, primary school and youth groups as well as adult programs. Church members hold weekly playgroups and every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. is activity night where youth can engage in several special interest groups ranging from sports to crafts.
The Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has become an icon in the St. Louis area. Located on North Outer Drive of Highway 40 in Creve Coeur, the Temple was dedicated in 1997. Endowment sessions are available Tuesday through Saturday. Food vending and clothing rental are available in the Temple.
