Pastor Timothy Cole performs worship service each Sunday at this neighborhood church. There are programs for kids from ages three years to sixth grade and youth from middle to high school. The church also has several musical groups, including a forty-voice choir. Grace Bible Church supports various local charity groups and missionary programs abroad.
Pastor Bill Hull leads this congregation of Disciples of Christ. The church, in existence since 1919, undertook a major renovation of its sanctuary in 1999. It has a congregation of about 100, many of whom are snowbirds. In addition to Sunday services, Central Christian Church hosts Sunday school classes for adults and the developmentally disabled, plus youth Bible study and potluck dinners the first Sunday of each month. The church is affiliated with the charity Family Promise of Manatee County.
Covenant Christian Church was founded in the 1970s, at its current location on Indiana Avenue. Since then, its congregation has grown to include over 75 families from the community. Its services are presided over by Pastor Bob Banariello, who preaches a non-denominational interpretation of the Bible. The church building features several amenities, including a coffee house and basketball court for congregation members.

For decades, Westside Christian Church has been a part of the fabric of the surrounding neighborhood. Pastor Gary Johnson leads the congregation in prayer and ministry. Meals on Wheels operates out of a building on the site, which also serves as a senior center and place of recreation. If you walk in on a weekday afternoon, you may find a group of parishioners playing a game of cards or preparing meals to be delivered to the area's needy. There is also a three-room nursery on site. The church also hosts a meeting of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May.
