Located in the Walker Building on Main Street, the Veterans Outreach Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting U.S. military veterans. Marlboro Moose Family Center is part of the Loyal Order of Moose organization. The membership organization hosts holiday events, children’s programs, Easter egg hunts, karaoke and other activities. It also offers special dinners and has outdoor seating.

Marlborough Community Services is a human services agency located in suite 113 of the Walker building on Main Street. It operates a food pantry on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am - 1pm. The food pantry can also be found in the Walker building at the Rawlins Street entrance.
