To complete the journey Irontown has recently finished their new state of the art facility. We have constructed this facility to implement the highest level of productivity. With our new facility we have streamlined the building process increasing the construction speed and delivering enormous cost savings to our customers. We are very different from other factories because we do not have a production line assembly process. Each of our homes are custom designed and require different construction timeframes, so we build each home in one location and bring the production line to them. That will guarantee that your project will be built as quickly as possible without any other projects delaying your homes progress. Our new facility is over 66, 000 square feet. Our production area is over 60, 000 square feet which is four times the size of our old facility. With our 45 tall ceilings and 180 span of overhead cranes it gives us the ability to build our 2-story structures on top of one another. We erect them exactly as they will sit on your site eliminating any building discrepancies. Our production capacity can handle any project whether you have one modular to build, a 200 home subdivision or a hotel.
