The center serves to enlighten both the curious beginner and accomplished practicioner about Buddhist philosophy by presenting historical lessons as contemporary teachings in the New Kadampa tradition.
The nonprofit venue offers weekly classes on Buddhism and meditation, special prayer chanting sessions and scheduled open hours for walk-in visitors and curiosity-seekers.

Prana Yoga Center is a Fox Valley yoga studio which welcomes students of all levels. Offering more than 35 drop-in classes each week, registration-based specialty classes that caters to specific interests and workshops, Prana Yoga Center provides instruction in the techniques of asana, pranayama, meditation, vinyasa, hatha, forrest yoga, yin yoga, tantric yoga, anusara, iyengar and more, providing mats, blocks, blankets and straps if needed.
