ARF exists by donations from the public and private foundations. We do not receive assistance from the City, State or Federal Government. We are very proud of our Spay/Neuter Program to help reduce the number of unwanted litters in the Bartlesville area. Our $25 discount coupons are available at all local Veterinarians upon request. This program is funded by donations earmarked for the program. We are not open on a daily basis, as we do not have a paid staff and rely on volunteers to run Animal House. Animal House is open Monday through Saturdays from 1: 00pm - 4: 00pm, or any time by appointment. We encourage you to stop by for a visit, learn about what we do and how you might be able to help us help those that are in need of our help. Our facility only houses free-roaming cats. Dogs are not housed at ARFs Animal House, as our current location cannot accommodate dogs due to space limitations. Our rescue dogs are kept in foster homes. We will be happy to show any ARF dog by appointment.

Our tornado shelter systems are the most innovative on the market today. We offer underground garage units, safe rooms, and outdoor concrete shelters all of which Ground Zero Shelters, Co. holds patents for. All of the shelters we install were found to exceed current FEMA standards in tests conducted by the Texas Tech Wind and Science Institute.
