Founded in 1976, Pension Rights Center is the United States only consumer organization that protects and promotes the retirement security of American workers, retirees and their families. The center has helped thousands of people obtain wrongfully-denied pensions and authored numerous publications to explain complex rules. Pension Rights Center has written numerous fact sheets, newsletters, pamphlets and books to promote public awareness of pension issues and to help workers and retirees understand their pension plans and the laws and regulations that govern them.
