Neighborhood Services Organization, also known as NSO, is a faith-based company that serves the at-risk and homeless population in Oklahoma. The organization provides transitional and supportive housing options. It also offers a variety of services and life skills classes. Neighborhood Services Organization provides monetary assistance and health services. It serves more than 72,000 disadvantaged individuals annually. The organization operates Palo Duro, which features over 20 apartments and provides permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless and mentally ill adults. Neighborhood Services Organization also manages NSO Dental Clinic, which is a dental care facility that offers X-ray, filling, cleaning, extraction, partial and denture solutions for nearly 2,000 patients annually.
