Welcome to Midwestern College According to the US Bureau of Labour Statistics, Healthcare was one of the largest industries in 2008, and provided 14.3 million jobs for wage and salary workers. It also has ten of the 20 fastest growing occupations. Healthcare will generate 3.2 million new wage and salary jobs between 2008 and 2018, more than any other industry, largely in response to rapid growth in the elderly population. With these statistics, it’s clear that the likelihood of one achieving lifelong goals and being gainfully employed improves tremendously after graduating from a healthcare related field. Our courses prepare individuals to enter the healthcare job field and provide a solid foundation for future nursing professionals.
