Christian Opportunity Center is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and vocational services to individuals with disabilities. The center provides vocational services in the areas of small parts packaging, general assembly, mail processing, digital document recording, shredding and wood working. It also provides assistance with various tasks, including cooking, laundry, cleaning, transportation, budgeting, shopping, appointments, social skills and problem solving. In addition, the center provides various support services that include skilled nursing care, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the Iowa Association of Community Providers. Christian Opportunity Center has been operational for more than 35 years and is located in Pella, Iowa.
