Programs In March, 2002, the BMW Car Club of America, an organization of over 200, 000 members, formed the non-profit, tax-exempt charitable BMW CCA Foundation, Inc, to provide benefits to the motoring public community and owners of BMW automobiles. Its charter under Section 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) enables the Foundation to establish programs to benefit the public in general, and BMW owners specifically. The vision of the Foundation is to be a significant repository of BMW information and to foster educational programs for the automotive community. To that end, the Foundation established three programs to help accomplish its mission:, and The Driver Safety School Program ( DSS ). The "Spring Sponsorship Drive" started February 1st - by sponsoring, youre helping to support the Foundation and its valuable programs, including the Tire Racks Street Survival teen driver safety program, preservation programs, and the archive.
