The Westminster Academy is a Memphis-based school that serves more than 360 students in kindergarten through grade 12. The academy is accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools and the Association of Christian Schools. Its academic curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science and history. The Westminster Academy s approach to its curriculum is inspired by an understanding of the classical liberal arts. Its staff includes full-time teachers, librarians, consultants, facilitators and custodians. The academy also conducts classes in music, choir, physical education and visual arts. In addition, it has a parent-teacher association that conducts monthly meetings. Founded in 1996, the Westminster Academy is located in Memphis, Tenn.
