Western Illinois Managed Home Services was established in Galesburg, Ill., and offers a variety of personalized services for its clients. It offers full-time skilled nursing services that include catheter, colostomy, psychiatric and diabetic care, dressing changes, injections, therapy, hypertension checks and blood drawing. The organization also makes arrangements for its patients to obtain necessary medical supplies; teaches patients and families on the management of illness; and serves as liaisons to provide a vital communication link between physicians and patients.
