The Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services Fairfax office is located off Route 50 near Jermantown Road. The state agency helps those with disabilities find and keep a job, instructs individuals in the selection and use of assistive technology, and teaches those with severe disabilities how to live a fuller, more independent life.
