The Training Room in Avon is not your typical gym. Free of most traditional gym equipment, it uses Kettle Ball training, medicine balls, sand bags, dumbbells and body weight movements. Group training is emphasized, buthighly recommended after mastering the one-on-one programs. Members mustbe prepared and motivatedto work hardtoget the results they desire.
