This Simsbury fitness center specializes in gymnastics, but also offers private lessons in diving, cheerleading and Pilates. Both competitive and non-competitive gymnastic classes are offered. Owners Nancy and Chuck Ford have experience as competitors, coaches, officials and USAG lecturers. They also have teaching degrees. Programs include boys and girls and run from preschool age to adults, who are offered classes four times per month.
