Established in 1982, Takara Sake USA is a producer and marketer of sake, plum wine, mirin and shochu. The company s sake products are sold under the brand name Sho Chiku Bai. Takara s sake comes in a variety of styles, such as classic, classic light, chokara, nigori, nama, ginjo and sierra cold. It also produces Takara Mirin and three varieties of plum wine. Various products like premium sake and shochu are imported from its parent company, Takara Group, in Japan. Takara also has a tasting room and sake museum located inside its production facility.
