Severna Park United Methodist Church Nursery School provides half-day programs for pre-kindergarten students 3 and 4 years of age. Extended day care is not available at this location. Programs are designed to be developmental, physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual. Curriculum includes art, music, literature, the natural and physical sciences, and community life. Classrooms are staffed with one teacher and one aide for a room of 12 children. Teachers are certified in CPR and child safety. There is a fully fenced in playground for the pre-school geared for ages 3-5. Admissions: Children must be age 3 or 4 prior to Sept. 1 of the year in which they wish to enroll.
