Founded in 1865, and located in Brownsville, Texas, St. Joseph Academy, is a coeducational school that provides religious and college preparatory education. The school enrolls more than 700 students in grades seven through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes English, mathematics, fine arts, science and social studies. Additionally, it provides courses in physical education, business law, international business, and business management and ownership. St. Joseph Academy also provides advanced placement and honors courses in English language and literature, journalism, prealgebra, geometry and calculus, biology, physics, chemistry, and earth and life science.
