Maureen Sullivan is the owner and one of the instructors at Tone Zone Pilates & Fitness. She is fully certified as a Stott Pilates instructor. Along with personal instruction, the center offers mat and apparatus Pilates classes, as well as reformer, stability chair and cardio dance classes. Classes must be pre-paid and the center has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Located on Lafayette across from Seacoast Harley Davidson, the Prasada Yoga Center offers basics and Vinyasa mixed level classes. The studio is also available for private individual instruction and private group classes.
Dana Lincoln, a certified yoga instructor registered through the National Yoga Alliance, is the founder of the Prasada Yoga Center.
