Welcome to Wood Carvers Store & School. We specialize in selling carving tools and accessories as well as carving and whittling classes. We are dedicated to making your carving experience more enjoyable through products that enhance and extend your abilities. We meet the needs of wood carvers through manufacturing and distributing a family tradition of over 45 years. In our store we stock "everything" for the wood carver and would be happy to provide a quote on everything you might be interested in. About the Owner George Effrem is our store owner. He received his Certificate in Commercial Art from Hennepin Technical Center, 1975-77. B.A. degrees from Bethel College, Arden Hills, MN specializing in Art and Business. He has studied under Chris Effrem at the Wood Carving School. He is also a wood sculptor and wood turner. George enjoys sharing his knowledge about carving and woodworking. He also teaches at the Wood Carving School.
