Salisbury Public Works provides a full-spectrum of public-work capability and recreational facilities to the residents and businesses in the city of Salisbury, Md. The department offers an array of services for the city water and sewer systems, the wastewater treatment plants, sanitation and street/sidewalk maintenance. The Public Works Department also reviews project plans for code compliance and location within the flood zone. In addition to trash pick-up services to city residents to remove large items and yard waste, the division maintains traffic lights, signage, street markings, street lights and park/playground.
