Founded in 1952, the West Valley Water District is responsible for providing drinking water. The district covers more than 25-square-mile service area and serves over 52,000 customers throughout California. It is a public agency organized under the county water district law of the state of California. The West Valley Water District has more than 360 miles of water mains, over five booster stations and nearly 25 domestic water production wells.
