Founded in 1906, the Mesa Consolidated Water District provides water service to more than 110,000 customers in the City of Costa Mesa, parts of Newport Beach and some unincorporated sections of Orange County in California. It operates more than five wells and a colored water treatment facility. The Mesa Consolidated Water District provides new water connection, meter reading, billing, maintenance and repair services.
