A lifelong dream of Rudi and Ruth Kluger, Kluger Furs began in the late 1950s when Rudi, a master furrier originally from Austria, and Ruth a dressmaker from Germany, started designing & producing fur stoles & jackets for friends & neighbors from their home. For the next 30 years their dream blossomed as their children grew. In 1978, their son, Larry, joined them & in 1980, his wife, Susan, entered the expanding business. In 1989 they moved into their current location in Flossmoor Commons, an upscale shopping center in Flossmoor, IL. Offering outstanding personal service, KLUGER FURS salon feature a complete and extensive collection of furs, shearlings, specialty outerwear, mens and womens leathers, and accessories. KLUGER FURS offers on-site cold storage, cleaning & glazing, custom restyling and repairs. In addition, a state-of-the-art monogram machine is located in the salon to personalize any gifts. Corporate gifts and logos can be ordered and customized. KLUGER FURS prides themselves on their unique furs, leathers and outerwear. They personally select all items for their salon and specialize in custom orders and designs. Distinctive apparel for the entire family and complete support services have been available at KLUGER FURS since 1955.
