In November 2005, the Gasparilla Inn & Cottages marked the beginning of its 93rd year of operation. The resort is an independently-owned hotel with five restaurants, a full service spa facility, beach and tennis club, 18-hole golf course and marina. In addition, Gasparilla owns and operates a separate satellite 50-room hotel. The Gasparilla Inn has more than 195 guest rooms and operates on the Full American Plan from December to mid-April and the Modified American Plan from mid-April to mid-June. The resort is a member of the Resort Food Executives Committee, an association of resort-oriented food service professionals. The Gasparilla Inn & Cottages is located in Boca Grande, Fla.
