The Taylor'd Pet, located right at the beginning of Putnam Pike in Smithfield, has been in business for nearly three decades. For the first 14 years, this establishment was owned by veteran groomer and animal lover Mr. Taylor. He then sold it to his sister-in-law, Judy Dalton, who has run the business for nearly 15 years. An expert in the field of grooming and pet care, Judy adores the animals she tends.
Clients who wish to observe their cats or dogs being groomed are welcome to stay and watch while Judy bathes, clips, cleans and cuts. A few of her specialty cuts include the Lamb Cut for poodles and the Hunters Cut for spaniels. Cats are also welcome to come in for a bath and cut!

The Salty Dog's main priority is the health and well-being of man's best friend. The dog salon and boutique provides pups of all sizes with different packages. The full groom includes a bath with conditioning, facial scrub, blow dry, brush out, nail clip, ear clean, bows and cologne and scissor trim. Bath grooms are the same regimen without the trim. Prices vary based on the size of the dog.
